The App uses your device's location to provide nearby restaurant recommendations. You can disable location services in your device settings, but this will limit the App's functionality.

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by LunchNear.me and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

The App integrates with third-party services (Google Maps, restaurant data providers). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DINING EXPERIENCES OR TRANSACTIONS WITH RESTAURANTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUNCHNEAR.ME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
